We hope you love your TLT order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition with all labels attached.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

When returning your order, we recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
